These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the Oxsener website.

2. Products and Pricing

Vinyl album Lives To Be Lived * Things To Be Lost is sold at €22.00 including 21% Dutch VAT (BTW).

Prices are displayed in euros and include all applicable taxes. Payment is processed in euros.

3. Pre-Orders and Shipping

Release date: November 28, 2025

All orders placed before the release date are pre-orders. Shipment will begin on November 28, 2025.

Shipping only in EU: if your country is not in the dropdown menu, shipping is not possible. I’m so sorry.

Estimated delivery times from shipment date:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 3-4 business days
  • Germany, Luxembourg, France, Italy & Spain: 5-7 business days
  • United Kingdom: [to be confirmed]

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including postal service delays.

4. Order Limits

Maximum order quantity per customer is 50 units (subject to availability).

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • iDEAL
  • Credit/debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Apple Pay

Payment must be completed before your order is confirmed. Your order will be processed once payment is received.

6. Returns and Refunds

We only accept returns for defective items.

If you receive a defective vinyl, please contact us at oxsener@oxsener.nl within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number

Photos of the defect

A description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

7. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your vinyl arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us at oxsener@oxsener.nl within 7 days of delivery with

photos of the damage. We will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

8. Your Consumer Rights

As a consumer in the EU, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any

reason. However, this right does not apply to sealed audio recordings (including vinyl) that have been unsealed after

delivery.

If you receive a defective item, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under EU consumer protection law.

9. Newsletter

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect only your email address. We use this solely to send you updates about

new music, releases, and concerts. We will not share your email address with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any

time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by contacting us at oxsener@oxsener.nl.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only the

information necessary to fulfill your order (name, address, email address, payment information). We do not sell or share

your information with third parties except as necessary to complete your purchase (e.g., sharing your address with

shipping carriers).

You have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to processing of your data

11. Limitation of Liability

We are liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the

product for any other damages, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website with the date

of last update clearly indicated.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Dutch courts, without

prejudice to your rights as a consumer under EU law to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
